Who we are

Contact details you give us when you fill out a quote, contact, or postcode form (name, phone, email, postcode, message).
Service details needed to scope the work — property type, photos you send us, certificate details for landlord work.
Site analytics (only with your consent — see below) — anonymised page views, device type, referring page.

Lawful basis

Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is:

Contract — to deliver electrical services you have asked us to quote for or carry out.
Legal obligation — to retain certificates (NAPIT, EICR, EICRs) for the period required by Building Regulations and HMRC.
Consent — for site analytics and marketing communications, both of which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Quote and enquiry data: 12 months from last contact.
Job records and certificates: 6 years (Building Regs / HMRC standard).
Analytics: aggregated, anonymous, retained for 26 months in Google Analytics.

Who we share with

We don't sell or rent your data. We share only:

Building Control bodies (for Part P notifications, when carrying out notifiable work).
NAPIT (for compliance auditing).
Our subcontractors when needed to deliver your work (under written confidentiality).
HMRC (legally required).
