Domestic electrical work is at heart simple but unforgiving — the regs are detailed, every install needs certifying, and shortcuts catch up with you (or worse, the homeowner) months later. We do it the right way: testing on every visit, paperwork issued same-day, and we'll tell you when something doesn't need doing as readily as when it does.
Most of our domestic work falls into a handful of categories: EICR testing for sales and lettings, full or partial rewires for older homes, consumer unit upgrades to RCBO, EV charger installs, and the various combination jobs (kitchen rewires, bathroom electrics, garden offices, smart home retrofits) that come with renovating a home you actually live in.

Rewires & partial rewires
From a single circuit refresh to a full house rewire over 4–5 days. Plaster-ready or fully made-good finish, BS 7671 compliant, NAPIT certified.
EICR testing
For house sales, remortgages, peace of mind, or just because the lender asked. C&G 2391-qualified inspector, digital certificate within 24 hours.
Consumer unit upgrades
18th edition RCBO board with surge protection. Half a day on site, you stay in the house. Eligible for combined install with an EV charger.
EV charger installs
OZEV-approved, OLEV grant claimed for you. Pod Point, Wallbox, Easee or Zappi — we recommend what suits your driveway, not what gives us margin.
Smart home & lighting
Lutron RA2, Loxone, KNX or Home Assistant integration. Best value at first-fix during a rewire — get us in early.
Bathrooms, kitchens, garden offices
IP-rated zone-correct fittings, RCD-protected appliance circuits, dedicated supplies for outbuildings. Part P notifiable work, all submitted to BCO.
