Electrician — Chester
Chester is half an hour down the A41 from our Bromborough base — close enough that we run regular domestic and commercial work across CH1 to CH4. From the historic city centre and the racecourse area through Hoole, Boughton and Saltney, we've got established working relationships with Chester letting agents, retail businesses and homeowners.
Chester-specific challenges we know how to handle: a lot of period property with original wiring, listed-building constraints in the conservation area inside the walls, and the high water table in some of the river-adjacent properties (we know which postcodes need extra attention to bonding and earthing).
We carry the heritage-aware NAPIT guidance for listed properties and have worked through the relevant local planning offices on consents for visible installations. For commercial work along the Foregate Street and Eastgate retail strip we usually run weekend closures so trading isn't affected.
